We currently don’t offer cropping or editing tools directly on the website. Please ensure your images are ready and cropped the way you want before uploading. If you're unsure about image quality or placement, feel free to message us before placing your order - we’re always happy to help.

Yes - but only if we haven’t started processing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and the details you’d like to update. Once production begins, no further edits can be made.

Absolutely! During checkout, you'll see a section to include any notes or special instructions related to your order. If you're after something more custom, feel free to email us beforehand.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged:
Email us at maveliscreations@hotmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
We’ll replace the item free of charge if the claim is valid.
Social Media Image Use

At checkout, you'll be asked if you give us permission to share your uploaded images on our social media or website.
If you choose Yes, you're granting permission for us to showcase your images for promotional purposes.
You may still request that certain images are not displayed - simply note this at checkout and we’ll respect your request.
If you choose No, your images will remain private and will not be used.
